How can we help?
For a purchase, subscription, privacy or technical question, email azappmi@gmail.com. Include the device model, iOS version and a short description of the issue. Never send a password or full payment information.
Subscriptions
The first three challenges are free. CAP200 Plus is a monthly or yearly subscription that unlocks challenges 4 to 200 while active. Purchases and cancellations are managed by Apple. Use “Restore Purchases” in CAP200 if an active subscription is not recognized.
Safety
Choose busy public places during the day for outdoor challenges. Respect other people’s boundaries, keep personal details private and ask a trusted adult for support when needed. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
