PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

Effective: September 24, 2026

CAP200 is designed to work without a user account. Challenge progress, favorites and journal reflections are stored locally on the device.

Information processed

CAP200 processes challenge progress, favorites, optional journal text and language preference on the device. The publisher does not receive the content of journal reflections through the app.

For subscriptions, Apple processes payment information and RevenueCat provides purchase status to CAP200. CAP200 receives subscription status and technical purchase identifiers needed to unlock paid access. The publisher does not receive full card details.

Anonymous ranking

If “Join the anonymous ranking” is on (it can be turned off in the Journal), the app sends a random number created on the device, the current week and the number of each completed challenge to a server hosted by Cloudflare. No name, account, feeling, note, goal or device identifier is sent, and IP addresses are not stored. The app only receives totals (how many teens completed a challenge, your share of the most active this week). Raw records are deleted after 8 weeks; only per-challenge totals are kept. Turning the option off deletes the random number from the device.

Purpose and retention

Local data is used to show progress and unlock challenges. It remains on the device until the app data is deleted or the app is removed. Subscription records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat under their respective policies and legal obligations.

Sharing

Purchase data is shared only with service providers needed to operate subscriptions: Apple and RevenueCat. CAP200 does not sell personal information or use journal content for advertising.

Children and teenagers

CAP200 does not request a name, date of birth, precise location, contacts, camera access or account creation. A parent or guardian should review purchase settings for a minor.

Your choices

You can delete local CAP200 data by removing the app. Subscription management and cancellation are available in Apple account settings. For a privacy request, contact azappmi@gmail.com.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the app or its service providers change. The effective date above will be updated.
